Release Overview

Kubicle is thrilled to announce the launch of its latest innovation, Semester Milestones. This addition to the Kubicle platform aims to enhance the way learners navigate their learning journey by providing a structured framework that supports learners in staying on track during a semester.

The release includes the following changes:

Microdeadlines to stay on Track Semesters will be broken down into smaller more achievable chunks. Each milestone has a due date to ensure that learners don’t fall behind and can support semester completion at a steady pace.

Milestone Gating Learners must complete all mandatory content within their current milestone before proceeding to later milestones. This ensures that learners focus on course completions and admins have more transparency in which courses are fully complete.

Semester Best Practice The semester creation screen has undergone a large upgrade to help administrators create semesters with best practice in mind.

Semester Gating Learning groups can now gate semesters so that learners complete their current semester before proceeding to later semesters. This will help learners focus on their organisation’s learning priorities before moving ahead.

Calendar Integration Learners can now add semester and milestone due dates to their calendars with a seamless calendar link. This will ensure that learners don’t miss their learning due dates even when they forget to log into Kubicle.

Shorter Skill Checks Skill checks are now broken down by milestone. This will help reduce any onboarding friction and allow learners to get learning as soon as possible.
